How much space does Mini require?
The reference dimensions are 2.0 m high × 0.8 m wide × 0.8 m deep, with a reference weight of about 100 kg. Before installation, we also confirm the final drawing, visitor space, refill access, service clearance and delivery route for your configuration.
Does Mini dispense gifts?
Yes. Mini includes automatic small-gift dispensing after the experience. The operator supplies gifts. Provide the gift type, dimensions and refill requirements so we can confirm dispenser compatibility in your quotation.
How does Mini differ from Lingji?
Mini uses a red sheet-metal cabinet with a zodiac-wheel appearance and palm-triggered rotation. Lingji uses a pavilion format and rotates its main wheel as a whole; its described configuration includes a visible gift compartment and configured mist effects. Lingji’s effects and exact dimensions are not automatically specifications for Mini.
Can I change Mini’s content and visitor languages?
Mini uses the I Ching’s 64 hexagrams, with editable printed wording. Include the screen, voice, print and dashboard languages you need in your enquiry. We review translations, fonts, software compatibility and any new content system for your ordered configuration.
How do I request a quotation and confirm support?
Select a model, tell us your destination country, venue, quantity and requirements, then submit the enquiry form to request a quotation. We accept orders from one machine and offer volume quotations for 10 or more. Our machine warranty is one year. We will confirm the configuration, warranty start date and coverage, spare parts, support process, shipping responsibilities and schedule in your quotation.
What is included with the machine, and what is optional?
We confirm the included hardware, software and content for your selected model and list options or development separately in the quotation. Tell us your requirements for languages, payment hardware, branding, gifts and effects so we can review the scope and costs with you.
What should the written quotation include?
Your quotation should confirm the model and version, quantity, included configuration, options and development, currency and validity, included and excluded costs, order payment milestones, production start conditions, acceptance checks, packing, delivery terms, import documents and support. The visitor payment method at the machine is separate from your payment for the equipment order; order payment and delivery terms are agreed in the quotation.
