MODEL & PURCHASING QUESTIONS

Clear answers.
Better decisions.

Start with the questions that matter to your project.

What kind of experience do Mini and Lingji offer?

Mini and Lingji offer self-service cultural entertainment with wheel interaction, voice guidance, palm vibration and printed fortune slips. Their content draws on traditional fortune and blessing themes. The experience does not provide factual predictions or guarantees about health, finances or future events. Gift dispensing and effects are confirmed for the selected configuration; 7th Gen and Tarot have their own model-specific functions.

Which visitors and venues are they intended for?

Explore this experience for visitors interested in local blessing traditions, themed attractions and shared leisure. Potential venues include tourist attractions, temples, old-town streets, pedestrian areas and shopping malls. We help you choose a model around the available space, audience, cultural setting and venue rules. Outdoor suitability is reviewed for the exact installation.

How does the operating model work?

Visitors pay for each experience, and the operator sets the experience price through the management system. A venue agreement may use fixed rent or a negotiated revenue share. Operators still need to replenish paper, refill gifts only for configurations with gift dispensing, check the machine and maintain the site. Revenue depends on footfall, local demand, pricing, operating costs and the venue agreement; no revenue or payback period is guaranteed.

What fortune content is available, and can I edit it?

Mini uses the I Ching’s 64 hexagrams. Pavilion (Lingji) offers a choice of I Ching or Thai yin-yang fortune-slip content, with themes such as prosperity, career and relationships. Printed text can be edited or replaced with your own content through the management system. We confirm the selected content, languages and local interpretation with you before production. Contact us separately for 7th Gen or Tarot content requirements.

Which payment and management options can I request?

Banknote, coin, QR and card payments can be discussed for your configuration, including overseas modules such as Nayax. Availability depends on the selected hardware, currency, local provider and merchant account. The management system supports status monitoring, self-checks, parameter adjustment, pricing and function settings. We confirm the dashboard languages and controls for your order.

Can I manage several machines through one account?

Yes. Multiple machines can be managed through one account. Share your intended deployment size so we can confirm the account setup, access permissions, connectivity and management functions for your project.

What space and power requirements should I confirm?

Confirm the final dimensions and weight, service access, indoor or outdoor setting, local voltage, plug type and payment connectivity. The domestic power standard is 220 V; we review destination-market power and plug adaptation for your order. Lingji’s complete dimensions and any decorative structure require a configuration-specific drawing before site planning.

Which certifications apply to my destination?

The separate document page presents the supplied design-patent and copyright records. These records do not establish destination-market product certification. Include any required safety, electrical or import documents in your enquiry so applicability can be checked for the exact model and configuration before order confirmation.

What warranty and overseas support do you offer?

We offer a one-year machine warranty, with free parts repair or replacement within the agreed warranty scope. Overseas shipments include spare parts, and additional parts can be sent by international courier when needed. We confirm coverage, the included spare-parts list, shipping responsibilities and the service process in your quotation. Replacement-part delivery depends on availability, destination and customs clearance.

What is the minimum order, and is volume pricing available?

Orders start at one machine. Orders of 10 units or more can be quoted with volume pricing. The final price depends on the model, hardware, content and customization scope. Confirm the complete configuration and commercial terms in the written quotation.

How long does production take?

Our reference production time for Pavilion (Lingji) is approximately 10–15 days, excluding shipping. We confirm the schedule for custom orders and other models based on the agreed design and configuration. Machines are tested before dispatch; your quotation should specify the agreed checks and delivery schedule.

How are export orders packed and shipped?

We generally arrange export orders by sea, packed in solid-wood crates. The destination, packing specification, shipping scope and responsibilities are confirmed in your quotation. Timber-packaging treatment, markings and other import requirements must be checked for the destination before dispatch.

What is included with the machine, and what is optional?

We confirm the included hardware, software and content for your selected model and list options or development separately in the quotation. Tell us your requirements for languages, payment hardware, branding, gifts and effects so we can review the scope and costs with you.

What should the written quotation include?

Your quotation should confirm the model and version, quantity, included configuration, options and development, currency and validity, included and excluded costs, order payment milestones, production start conditions, acceptance checks, packing, delivery terms, import documents and support. The visitor payment method at the machine is separate from your payment for the equipment order; order payment and delivery terms are agreed in the quotation.
