FOUR DIMENSIONS OF CUSTOMIZATION

Designed around your audience.

Tell us what matters in your market. These areas help turn an idea into a clear, reviewable project scope.

01

Exterior & cultural identity

Shape a concept around local visual traditions, venue stories or your brand. Define the references before developing the artwork.

  • Shape, finish, colors and graphics
  • Local stories, festival themes and brand references
  • Buyer approval of cultural content and artwork rights

Existing design examples are inspiration; final geometry and production feasibility need confirmation.

02

Language & local content

Specify what visitors should see, hear and receive in their own language. Review the experience as a complete journey.

  • Screen, voice, printed slips and operator-dashboard languages
  • I Ching, Thai fortune-slip or buyer-supplied cultural content
  • Text editing, fonts, layout and right-to-left requirements

Buyer-supplied content, translations, layouts and audio must be approved and tested for the selected hardware.

03

Interaction & functional scope

Describe the visitor journey you want to create. Turn it into an agreed hardware and software scope before production.

  • Palm sensing and wheel interaction sequence
  • Lighting, audio, vibration and requested mist effects
  • Printed slips, gift size, dispensing and refill plan

Each function is a requirement to review, not an assumed standard feature.

04

Payment & deployment needs

Build a brief for the destination market: how users pay, where the machine operates and which documents the buyer needs.

  • Currency, payment method and preferred provider, such as Nayax
  • Space, voltage, plug, environment and multi-machine management
  • Import documents, packing and shipping scope

Provider compatibility, environmental suitability and market compliance require project-specific confirmation.

PAST CUSTOMER CUSTOMIZATION

Your idea.
A machine of your own.

This tree-inspired machine was customized for a previous customer. Its sculptural exterior shows how we can develop a machine around a distinctive theme and visual identity.

Tell our sales team about your local culture, brand and venue. We will recommend options for the exterior, functions, languages and voice, then develop a configuration for your project.

CUSTOM PROJECT QUESTIONS

Clear answers.
Better decisions.

Start with the questions that matter to your project.

What can be customized for my market?

The project can explore exterior shape, finishes, brand graphics, local cultural themes, interface and voice languages, printed content and interaction requirements. Every item is subject to a feasibility review and written scope confirmation.

Can you use local legends, festival themes or brand characters?

Provide visual references and the intended context. Cultural interpretation, translations and licensed character use should be approved by the buyer before design sign-off. The existing themed machine photos show design examples, not an automatically available licensed catalog.

Can the kiosk use right-to-left languages?

Include the target language, screen, audio and printed-content requirements in your brief. Right-to-left layout, fonts and print compatibility require project-specific software testing; they are not assumed to be standard features.

Can payment and interaction functions be changed?

Describe the desired payment provider, currency and experience flow. Sensor behavior, lighting, audio, receipts and gift delivery can be discussed as requirements. Hardware, software and local-provider compatibility must be reviewed before a quote is finalized.

Can I supply my own cultural content and printed text?

The supplied Lingji product information describes I Ching’s 64 hexagrams and Thai yin-yang fortune-slip content. Printed wording can be edited or replaced with buyer-supplied content. Confirm cultural interpretation, translations, screen, voice, print and operator-dashboard languages for the selected configuration.

How should I specify gifts and installation needs?

For a gift-dispensing model, provide the gift type, size and refill plan; operators supply the gifts. Share the available width, depth and height, indoor or outdoor setting, voltage, plug and any import-document requirements. Mist effects and other functions are reviewed for the venue and ordered configuration.

Do custom orders have the same minimum order and lead time?

Jiahe states a starting quantity of one machine. The reference 10–15-day production period applies to Lingji and excludes shipping. New exterior designs, software changes, cultural-content review and destination-market requirements need a separate schedule agreed in the quotation.

How is a custom order confirmed?

A custom order should be based on an agreed design, itemized configuration and written quotation. Prototype approval, quantity, testing, documentation, payment terms and shipping responsibilities should be confirmed before production.

How are machine purchase payments agreed?

Machine purchase payments are separate from the payment visitors use at the kiosk. Ask for a written quotation confirming currency, deposit and balance, milestones, bank beneficiary, packing, freight, shipping responsibilities, warranty scope and acceptance. No deposit percentage or payment method is assumed here.
